After a ten-year absence, Riley Airhart returns to their hometown of Begonia, Arkansas and meets up with old friends, only to find that a serial killer has been plaguing the town ever since Riley disappeared.
Death by Begonia is a Southern gothic murder-mystery/romance visual novel developed by Paper Moon Studios. Part 1, Regression (Aidan's Route) will release May 13. Rekindle old flames, explore Begonia, and solve the mystery at the heart of the town's serial murders.

Hello! I saw the game demo at this year's convention but every time I install the game it doesn't actually open the game but files. Am I doing something wrong?
Hey! :) It looks like I may have hidden the folder in another folder. Just double click on the folder that appears. When you get to the screen with multiple files, the game is called "DEATH BY BEGONIA PROLOGUE" in all caps, and it's an "application" file. Hope this helps!
Hiya! I tried the advice and when I reinstalled the game and found the file DEATH BY BEGONIA PROLOGUE all caps it didn't have an application option and it still wouldn't let me start it up saying "Archive not supported" so I don't know if it's just my device or if the game just doesn't wanna work at all. I used both Linex and Windows downloads and neither worked :(
That's really weird, I know it works for most people. What kind of system are you using? Do you have a windows computer or are you trying from a mac?
